Hi there! I’m Kristin, your virtual assistant and dream implementer. My V.A. heart beats for the creative business owner like you. I know you’re more than a business owner; you’re a dream-chaser, someone running wild after the callings on your hearts and making brave moves as you go— all so you can live your life well. You love what you do, know why you’re doing it, and you value your time and personal life.
You know you can’t do everything on your own. Not anymore.
And that’s where I come in.
I bring in my dream-implementing superpowers to help with things like writing and communication, customer service, social media and organization. From taming your inbox to writing newsletter content and scheduling social media, I work with you to assess where I can be the most help and then work my magic.
When you work with me, it’s going to feel like the heavens have opened up— or so I’ve been told. Seriously, one of my clients said that to me in the first week of our working together! Because what it comes down to for me is seeing you walk forward with purpose and freedom— in your work life and by extension, in your personal life. I want to see you breathing deeply, smiling brightly, and going after the things that you were made to do. I want to see you spending more time using your gifts to create and serve— the reason you started your business in the first place. And I want to see you spending less time stuck trudging through those to-dos that are taking up your time and the best of your energy.

how will we work together?
My clients fall into one of two categories: on-going clients and project clients. Which option is best for you? Start thinking about your needs and how you’d like to work with me as you read the descriptions below. You’ll probably figure out which one sounds like the best fit for you. And if not, no worries! We’ll get you settled into just the right space for you when we talk.
Do you have a list a mile long of all the things you need to do in your business on any given week? Maybe you even get half of them finished— because you’re just that amazing! But you know deep down that you can’t keep up with your work load and do your best work at the same time. Things are falling through the cracks and your clients are suffering as things get lost in the shuffle. You’re holding back tears of frustration and overwhelm every time you sit down to work. What you really need is someone to come alongside of you and clear a path so you can move forward, focus on creating and doing those things that you were made to do.
If that sounds like you, first— take a deep breath, my friend. You’re in the right place and you’re ready to become an on-going client. This means that you and I should connect about what’s not working for you in your business and the tasks that you really need help with. (Overwhelmed at the thought of even figuring it out? Deep breaths! I can help you with that when we talk if need be.) Then we do the virtual assistant version of a DTR (that’s define the relationship, if you’ve been out of the dating scene awhile…) and set up what our weeks are going to look like as I work with you on a continuing basis. I’ll know what I’m doing for you each week as I sit down to work, and you’ll know that you can rest easy because I’ve got your back!
If you ever come to a point where you no longer need my assistance down the road, you just let me know a month in advance before we part ways. Easy peasy!
In short: As an on-going client, you’ll work with me on a continual basis so I can help you manage and maintain your business. This is great for when you’re looking to outsource multiple projects and/or build a deeper working relationship with your virtual assistant.
Do you have a project that you just need to get off your plate right now? Maybe it would only take a few hours of my time to complete, but you know you’re going to drag your feet for hours to get it done— and that’s if you get around to doing it at all. If that sounds like you, congratulations, my friend! You’re a good fit for becoming a project client. This means you and I connect over the details of your project, establish the time and budget involved, and then I do my thing for you. No further obligation or expectations, though you’re always welcome to come back with another project as often as you need to.
In short: When you hit busy season and you can’t do one. more. thing.— hand your project over to me. I’ll make it happen so you can keep tackling those to-do’s that actually require your attention! This is perfect for those times you have a busier schedule, a seasonal need, or you want to outsource a specific task that doesn’t need regular upkeep.

i believe in doing good work that does more good
When we work together, it goes beyond us. I believe our good work should be used to fuel more good work in the world. For every project that we work on, a portion of my earnings is donated to organizations that are doing good.
This year, our work together is primarily supporting Bless An Orphan, a non-profit organization that fights for the rescue of children at risk and works to see their lives transformed. I have personally served on short term mission trips with Bless An Orphan twice now, and have seen firsthand the way they operate with love and purpose as they do difficult and necessary work. In Ecuador, this includes their children’s care homes, leadership development programs for young adults phasing out of the care homes, pregnancy crisis and feeding programs. They also serve through their new care home in Peru, Rylan’s Home, that provides a safe space for girls at risk for and those rescued out of trafficking.
